UK Delivery is £7 and will be sent via ‘Special Delivery’ service, which is usually the next working day.
International Delivery – Delivery costs may vary, orders will be sent ‘International Signed For’. Please contact me for exact prices. Full payment must be received and authorised before shipment. I will e-mail confirmation of postage and a tracking number once your order is posted.
I will try to post orders within 2 weeks from the time of ordering, some special orders and commissions might take longer due to sourcing material.
The online payment method Paypal is safe and secure, your card information is not compromised.
It is the customer’s responsibility to order the correct size. A ring ordered in the incorrect size can usually be re-sized at a charge, in some cases an entirely new piece might have to be made, charges will vary. If you are unsure or don’t know your ring size, please have your finger measured at your local jewellers.

Return / Refund Policy
All my jewellery is handmade to your requirements, so I am unable to offer refunds for special commission pieces. An exchange or refund will only be arranged if an item is faulty and returned to me in its original and unworn condition within 14 days.
If an item is faulty or damaged, please e-mail email@example.com within seven days quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a replacement, repair or refund.
In case of a refund, it will be issued by the same method that you paid (to prevent fraud) within 14 days of receipt of the return.
I recommend to clean pieces either with a silver cloth or a gentle clean with washing up liquid or even toothpaste. Do not use silver dip when the piece is stone set or is a combination of metals.
